If you have chosen Mohit Badlani as your realtor you have done the best favor you can do for yourself. I have been searching for almost 3 years with Mohit and he came up with more than exactly what I was looking for. In fact it is a dream home. Gated community, stately home style with a walled in garden safe for my children to play in etc etc. Good schools nearby, shopping, parks, restaurants, everything I asked for. Mohit went beyond the call of duty which as a real estate agent from London England I appreciate and understand. To any new clients....all I can say is he will be there for you rain or shine 24/7! When you need advice or help with anything he will deliver! I dealt with a few others prior to meeting Mohit. Beware of the hard sell developers in Reunion and those properties in the middle of no where all on top of each other. You will over pay for bad building work and feel isolated without privacy. Those guys should be selling second hand cars as they have no ethics or care at all except for themselves. I learned this the hard way and through a local friend in Orlando I was introduced to Mohit. I have found from my own experience that Mohit is the best realtor in Southern Florida! Thank you Mohit for all your care and hard work!
